HANDLING FEE: For all shows after April 1, 2012, there will be a $2 handling fee applied to each ticket sold. This fee is necessary for us to collect what we need to bring the performer here, sell the tickets, and keep it personal, which is what your experience is all about. We try to keep things as low as possible, and ticket revenue really only covers the cost of the performer’s fee. We know you enjoy talking with us in the box office to get your tickets, or to tell us any special requests, and we enjoy being front and center in the lobby to greet you for every show when you walk in. That personal touch costs a little more, but we think you will agree that it’s worth it, and we really want to remain a place where you can talk to someone for whatever you might need. Many venues with automated ticketing do charge handling fees, and most of them are much higher than what we are charging. We appreciate your understanding!
Tickets: Please order early for preferred seating (see “Advanced Tickets”). Many concerts will sell out before the performance. Special Member rows are sold for all reserved seating events. If you would like member pricing, please call us at the box office at 442-8455.
Seniors: We no longer offer senior discounts. We encourage our patrons to become members of CCAC to enjoy discounted tickets and other benefits. An individual membership pays for itself very quickly, and helps keep the arts alive and thriving here in Bath!
Advance Ticket Purchase – You may purchase tickets in advance one of three ways:

- By Telephone – (207) 442-8455: Wednesday and Thursday from 10am-4pm; Friday from noon-4pm.
- At the Box Office: The Chocolate Church Box Office is located in the CCAC Annex 804 Washington Street Bath, Maine. Box Office hours are Wednesday and Thursday from 10am-4pm; Friday from noon-4pm. .
Tickets At the Door: Tickets are available at the door 30 minutes prior to the published show time.
Payment: We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover or American Express. Checks or money orders should be made payable to “The Chocolate Church” or CCAC.
Pick Up: All tickets purchased in advance will be available for pickup at the Box Office during Box Office Hours, and at the Will Call desk inside the Theater’s main entrance starting 30 minutes prior to the published show time. Tickets purchased online can be printed out at home. We also keep a door list, so if you forget your tickets we can look your name up at the door.
Group Discounts: For certain events, group rates may be available to social, civic, or student groups of ten or more. For additional information, please call the Box Office at (207) 442-8455 (Wednesday and Thursday from 10am-4pm; Friday from noon-4pm. ).
Members: If you are unable to use your tickets, and can give us at least 48 hours notice, we will gladly exchange your tickets for another event.
Non-members: The Chocolate Church is unable to refund or accept exchanges on tickets. We will be glad to provide you with a tax receipt upon request should you be unable to use your tickets. Better yet, giving your ticket to a friend is a great way to help The Chocolate Church and to introduce someone to our terrific programming!
The Chocolate Church cancels a performance only when travel conditions prevent the artist’s arrival. In the event of cancellation, we will attempt to reschedule the performance. Should this not be possible, tickets may be exchanged for any other event of equal or lesser value within the same season. Refunds are given only in the event of a cancellation by the performer.
Food, Beverage & Smoking
Concessions are available in the Lobby for most CCAC performances. Water bottles are permitted (please use our handy recycling containers!). No other outside food and beverage are permitted in the theater.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the Chocolate Church Arts Center, including the Gallery, Theater and Annex. In addition, we request that patrons refrain from smoking on the Church decks, stairs, or around entrances.
Parking is permitted in the lot next on the north side of the church. Parking is also permitted on the street (except when posted for snow removal or other special conditions). Municipal parking lots are located on Water Street and are within easy walking distance of The Chocolate Church.
The Theater is accessible to patrons with wheelchairs, and wheelchair space is available for all performances. Parking for patrons with handicapped plates or decals is located adjacent to the Church. Please call us in advance for wheelchair seating.
The wheelchair-accessible entrance to the Theater is on the South-side deck of the Church. Follow the walkway from the north-side Church parking lot past the main entrance to the entrance off the deck along the South side of the Church.

If you arrive after the performance has begun please be sensitive to the performers and those patrons who are already seated. The Chocolate Church reserves the right to seat late arrivals at a break appropriate to the show that will cause the least disruption.
Lost & Found
The lost & found is located at the ticket counter in the Lobby of the theater building. Please check there during or after a performance for lost articles. To inquire after a show, please call the Box Office at (207) 442-8455. Items in the lost & found will be held for one year.
Recording and Photographs
Photography and/or audio/video recording of any kind are strictly prohibited without the express consent of the Chocolate Church Arts Center management. Your cooperation is appreciated.
